In our relentless quest for knowledge and sustainable innovation, RSER proudly welcomed Miss Lucia Schnee from the University of Stuttgart, Germany. Miss Schnee spearheaded an engaging session, unravelling the latest technologies poised to revolutionize renewable energy. The event, hosted on 13 th October 2023, gathered students, faculty, and industry aficionados, creating a dynamic forum to explore the cutting-edge advancements shaping the future of sustainable energy.

Upon their arrival in September, Anna Scaria, Anna Isabel John, and Parvathy R had the incredible opportunity to celebrate Diwali, the festival of lights, with their alumni seniors, Athira, and Krishna Prasad, who have been at Shimane University for the past One year. The joyous occasion brought together students from different batches, creating a sense of camaraderie, and fostering connections that go beyond cultural boundaries

The collaboration between RSET and Shimane University sprang to life as our M. TECH scholars—Anna Scaria, Anna Isabel John, and Parvathy R embarked on a Cultural Exchange programme from September 2023 to February 2024. Anna Scaria, pursuing Masters in Computer Science and Information Systems, Anna Isabel John and Parvathy, specializing in Network Engineering.

At the university set against the picturesque landscapes of Shimane, Japan, our scholars found themselves enveloped by a unique tapestry of tradition and modernity. Beyond academic pursuits, this exchange program molds global citizens, preparing them for an enriched future.

Dr Jobin K Antony and Mr Anoop Thomas (Department of Electronics & Communications) conducted a hands-on workshop on "Embedded system applications development using NVIDIA Jetson nano board" at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, Germany for both undergraduate and postgraduate students from 9th October to 13th October.
