Ms. Prema Ponnundurai and Dr. Anindita Dasgupta from Taylors University visited Rajagiri to sign an MOU for the American Degree Program (ADP) which is a credit transfer arrangement for the students.

Mr. Paul Joe George got placed in a Japanese company MONSTAR LABS INC. in 2017. He was an IT student and was a one among the students who got the chance to visit Japan for two weeks internship programme. Currently, he holds the position of IT engineer.
Ms. Edwina Mistry, Faculty of Business and Information Technology from MIT was at
RSET to discuss the ongoing academic activities with MIT. She also explored the new collaboration opportunities with Rajagiri on the graduate programmes that they have begun newly (apart from the ongoing pathway model).
As a part of Indo-German summer school programme eight German students along with their teacher Prof. Frank Spaete were at Mithradham for one week programme. The German students were put together with eight of RSET students to come up innovative projects. It was a great experience to both the set of students as it also gave them a chance to learn each other’s cultures. The final day of the programme was held at RSET when they presented their projects in groups.
RSET signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Aalen University, Germany and established collaboration with the university. Dr. –ing Prof. Juergen Trost from the university was here for ICACC – 2017. Prof. Trost and Director, Rev. Fr. Jose Alex signed the MOU on behalf of RSET in presence of other faculty members
Prof. Senta and Prof. Takahashi were at RSET from 19th to 22nd September. They were here for exploring new possible educational collaborations like twinning and student exchange programmes. The discussions ended fruitfully. Prof. Senta gave a one hour lecture to the students on “Educational Electronic circuit using a PIC microcontroller” which was very helpful for them.
Mrs. Aparna Chandrashekharan held a session on the possibilities and aspects of higher education in USA for students from 2nd and 3rd year to learn more about the possibility of pursuing a Master’s degree in the U.S. The session outlined numerous options available, the structure of the graduate programs in the U.S. and followed by an interaction session with students. She also addressed to the queries about the application process to the US universities.
